Ms. No Means No is Krusty's court-ordered sidekick, following an expensive sexual harassment lawsuit.

History

When Krusty first sees her, he finds her attractive and tries asking her out on a date. However, she makes it clear that she's not interested (by blowing her whistle and showing Krusty her "No" sign). At first, Krusty tries convincing that he hangs out with his coworkers all the time outside of work, but when he tries getting Sideshow Mel to confirm this, Mel points out, "[You and I have] never spoken to each other outside of work. Krusty responds by blaming his addiction to Percodan.
