The Mugger is the man and minor antagonist who steals Marge's necklace in The Strong Arms of the Ma. He is seen wearing tattered clothing, including a trenchcoat and a Goofy hat.

Role in the Simpsons

When Marge and the kids have to drive home from Rainier Wolfcastle's house she meets a mugger on the way who steals her necklace and runs off. The Mugger causes Marge feel weak and become a shut-in too afraid to venture outside the Simpson house. Marge gets redemption against him days later by beating him up in front of the townsfolk.

During Trappuccino he was among the townspeople when they were trying to break out of the dome.
