New Beginnings is an asylum for children. Their motto is "If your child is a sociopath, we can help".
History[]
Bart's parents suspect he has social problems and give him a written test from New Beginnings. He finds out what the test is for and puts answers that make him look like a sociopath. They call the asylum and then take him there. He is later released when the nurse figures out Bart is a normal child.
