Nicholas "Nicky" Bluepants Altosaxophony was Homer's alias, while he was working for the FBI, undercover. He infiltrated the Springfield mafia. Homer under the disguise of Nicky was able to gain the trust of the past don of the Springfield mafia, Fat Tony, but once Tony found out about Nicky being a rat he died of a heart attack. Fit-Fat Tony soon took over the role of don after Fat Tony's death.
