Nikki McKenna is a girl from Springfield Elementary School.

Biography

When Mrs. Krabappel is absent one day, Bart's class has to share desks with the other 4th grade class. Bart ends up having to sit in the back of the class with Nikki, and he smoothly flirts with her. Nikki at first seems to be annoyed by Bart until he asks to draw on her shoulder. However, Nikki switches her point of view towards him at any time. Bart asks Grampa for advice, and his recommendation was to plant a kiss on Nikki. After, Nikki and Bart go free styling on their skateboards, until Bart steals a first-base kiss on top of a slide. Nikki freaks out and shouts in disgust. Nikki's parents have a meeting with Homer and Marge, and Principal Skinner decides to make a Hands-Off Policy in Springfield Elementary. After a disastrous assembly, Nikki smooches Bart. The couple view First Lady of USA Michelle Obama on the school's roof. Bart reveals his feelings to Nikki, and she once again freaks out. As a result, Bart accidentally trips off the roof, causing her to worry until he starts to breathe. She performed emergency mouth-to-mouth CPR to save Bart, in spite of the Hands-Off Policy. In the last moments of their relationship, Nikki says she will never tell him why she kept switching her opinion towards him. He says he will see her later and after she kisses his cheek he says he loves her.

She is later seen with her father at Springfield General Hospital, trying to get a vaccination for the "Housecat Virus", only to make way for Mr. Burns when he drives into the crowd. She reappears in a cameo in Moonshine River, where Bart visits her at her house to ask for another chance, but once again, she continues to flip-flop between loving and hating him. Finally, Bart gets frustrated and simply leaves.

Interests

Nikki seems to love skateboarding, and rides a purple 70's style skateboard. Like Bart, she seems to be a rebel, but with a better reputation. Nikki also likes vampires and reading novels such as "Red Moon" (a parody of the novel New Moon novel, part of the Twilight series).
