After a documentary film puts Mr. Burns and his family in a bad light, he decides to create a museum dedicated to making his father look good by lying about their history. Meanwhile Homer, annoyed at Arnie Pye's unhelpful traffic information, uses Frink's heli-chopper to break the radio signal and give his listeners quicker, more dangerous ways to travel. In the end, Arnie challenges Homer to a race. Homer gives traffic advice to Marge and Arnie to Barney, whoever loses stops their broadcast. At the same time Ralph, who plays a young Burns can't perform, so a drunk Mr. Burns plays himself and so reveals to everyone the true stories of his family's history. The disgusted audience leaves right before Barney and Marge crash into the museum, destroying it.
