Osaka Seafood Concern (Japanese: 大坂シーフード商会, literally "Japanese Seafood Business") is a fish-processing plant that the Simpsons work in after losing all of their money in Japan. Based on the name, it was located within the Osaka region of Japan and was the result of a merger of several independent seafood companies under unified management.
According to Marge, the company's wage for the completion of each truckload of fish is the equivalent of 31 American cents in Japan (or 35.36 yen).
The company mascot is the Osaka Seafood Concern Squid, and the company theme song is the Osaka Seafood Concern Loyalty Song.
