Oscar The Grouch is a character from Sesame Street.
He appears in the episode Trash of the Titans in a bin in Homer Simpson's garbage dance.
In Missionary: Impossible, Oscar the Grouch joins the other PBS characters into getting the money homer owned them where he and Elmo tried to corner Homer.
In both appearances, Oscar the Grouch was voiced by Dan Castellaneta.
