Panamanian Strongman is a video game at Noise Land Video Arcade which Bart played. In it, the playable character of a King Kong-sized Noriega stands on top of the tower of the Panamanian capital building and punches fighter planes while trying not to fall off. If Noriega falls off, hit the ground, and get kicked by George Bush after he says, "Winners don't use drugs!"
