Paolo Paoletti is an Italian go-cart racer and student and main antagonist. He is the son of Fila Fendi Paoletti and becomes the new student in Springfield Elementary School, since he moved to Springfield, he speaks in an Italian accent and loves Luigi's spaghetti.
History[]
Paolo Paoletti traveled to Springfield to participate in the KF1 championship race. Chester Arborday introduced him on the television show "Kids Formula One: Karts of Thunder." While Paolo is in the country, he must attend Springfield Elementary School to continue his studies.
Paolo dislikes beanie weenies what lunchlady provides him which make him upset for not having his favorite lunch. Upon realizing this, Bart decides to take advantage of this to get money from him and help Paolo in achieving a more luxurious lifestyle at school. During this time, Bart became close to Paolo. Nevertheless, Paolo became strong rivals with Lisa. He turns out that Lisa beats him. Bart pretended to be ignorant of Lisa to maintain his friendship with Paolo. Bart also joined Paolo's group, known as Team Dooshé.
Before the final race start, Bart arranged for Bippe to fly in from Italy to bring Paolo some gelato. As Bart handed the gelato to Paolo, Marge revealed to him that Bart was, in fact, Lisa's brother. Paolo threw it and argued with Bart by calling him "traitor" in Italian before removing him from the team. Despite Bart being removed from his team, the team's group sent messages to him, which revealed their sabotage of Lisa's go-kart. As Lisa's go-kart losing parts, Paolo attempts to beat Lisa but eventually, Homer has come to save Lisa to help her to reach the finish line before Paolo. Paolo lost his race again and decided to give up and to become a DJ in Ibiza.
