The Party Posse are a boy band formed by 4th grade children (with the exception of Ralph) from Springfield. They were actually created as a subtle attempt at recruiting people into the United States Navy.
Since the kids' singing voices sounded unimpressive to him, L.T. Smash used a voice enhancer built by NASA to make their singing sound better.
