| ~ Peter Linz to Professor Frink |
Peter Linz is a billionaire businessman who is a former friend of Professor Frink from Silicon Valley Tech. He makes his first and only appearance in "Bart 'N' Frink."
He was voiced by Glenn Howerton.
History[]
When Peter and Frink were together at Silicon Valley Tech, Frink was a genius at creating life-changing inventions but, unlike most, had no interest in making money. After Frink created Susan, the assistant device seemed to malfunction, so Peter asked Frink to throw it away. Frink agreed, but instead of disposing of it, Susan went on to become the precursor to Amazon Alexa and Siri, eventually Peter became rich.
Professor Frink and the Simpson family were greeted by Lenz as they entered the mansion. Lenz told them he recognized the view in a screensaver when he built his mansion on the land, forcing the indigenous people to leave. When Lisa asked him about it, she was horrified. Lenz then took Frink and the family on a tour of his mansion. During the tour, Bart overheard two people discussing Peter and Frink's relationship. One of them questioned how Frink could still be spending time with Peter after Peter had taken everything from him. Curious, Bart asked someone to explain what happened, and a woman told him it was an old story from his college days.
When Frink showed his Emoji Glasses to Peter, Peter thought about stealing the technology to make a lot of money. Bart told Frink about Peter so he could profit from it, and that part was true. But then he and Bart ended up arguing over whether Bart was actually stupid. Peter noticed Bart was upset with Frink and asked him to hand over the blueprint design for the Emoji Glasses. Bart had just finished drawing the blueprint design, but before he could hand it to Peter, an exerciser accidentally broke the enclosure, allowing a Komodo dragon to attack Bart. Frink saves Bart from a Komodo dragon attack by dressing up as his Wizardry & Pretend character, Mythagoras the Bold. Bart eventually confessed his intentions to Frink and gave him a blueprint design. Frink was initially angry, but his mood changed when he felt proud of Bart for drawing a blueprint from memory, telling him it proved he was smart.
