Phillip "Phil" LaMarr (born January 24, 1967) is an American actor, voice actor, comedian, and writer.
He was once part of the improv comedy group, The Groundlings, and he later became one of the original cast members of the FOX sketch comedy series, MADtv.
He is also one of the most recognized voice actors in the world of animation, and he is best known as Hermes Conrad in Matt Groening's other animated series Futurama, whom he voiced in the crossover episode "Simpsorama". He is also known as the voices of the Green Lantern in Justice League, the title characters on both Samurai Jack and Static Shock, and Wilt from Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends.
