Pilgrim Helen is Helen Lovejoy's alter-ego in the first segment of Thanksgiving of Horror. She is part of a group of pilgrim's that slaughter turkey versions of the Simpson family and other Springfield residents. When a pilgrim version of Milhouse drops a lantern, the pilgrim village catches on fire. During this fire, Helen is seen asking the audience to think about the pilgrims. She is seen alive later.
