Pin Gal is the seventeenth episode of Season 34.

Synopsis[]

A mysterious figure from Marge's past returns to coach her for a bowling tournament.

Plot[]

When Homer is watching the news, Kent Brockman reports that Barney's Bowlarama is shutting down forever which Homer is shocked by this and goes to Moe's Tavern to mourn it his fellow Pin Pals. Then, they'll decide to try to do something about this and go to Braney's Bowlarama to convince the owner not to close it down. However, he says that he's selling out the business to Terrence. Terrence tells the Pin Pals that he bought the alley because he likes the retro vibe, but he doesn't like bowling, so he's going to turn it into a hipster hangout. Homer asks Terrence to give him a week to turn it around and show that people can enjoy bowling, which Terrence agreed.

At home having dinner, Homer complains that attendance is barely being up, and he then asks Marge for help. Marge tells Homer that bowling is the thing, and she doesn't want to bowl. Marge then remembers that she went to bowling with Jacques and told him about her past, even he gets Marge to stop. Homer and Marge then head out bowling, where he finds out that Marge is pretty good at it. After Marge plays the game, Terrence is making an offer to Marge if she could beat them that he chooses, the bowling alley will remain open. Marge has accepted the offer and is beginning to prepare.

Marge noticed a picture of Jacques on the wall and started bowling poorly as a result when she was practicing at the Bowlarama. Homer decided that she needs a bowling coach and takes Jacques to train her. At home, Jacques tells Marge that he doesn't want to help her to do together with her, but only in a professional way. Back at the Bowlarama, Jacques began to train Marge, trying to seduce her. He tells Marge that the day she was supposed to go with him, he prepared to kiss her but never showed up and he forgot that he ordered takeout. Whilst Grampa is watching Marge and Jacques together, he tells Homer that there's something going on between them and looking at Jacques. Grampa asks Jasper to search Jacques on the internet.

Later, Grampa look up Jacques' Facebook page and shows Homer which he shocked that his page with many pictures of him getting closer with his female bowling students. Homer then goes to the apartment to confront Jacques and finds that it's decorated with pictures of Marge everywhere. Homer and Jacques then started fighting whilst Homer tried to find out how far he and Marge had gone. Marge arrived at the apartment and told him nothing happened to him and told Homer about the time it happened. Subsequently, Homer and Marge are leaving the apartment together.

The next day, the bowling match comes around, and Terrence reveals that the opponent of Marge will be Jacques. The two of them played the close game until then Marge won the game by one point. As everyone celebrated, Chief Wiggum arrested Jacques and took him back to Paris due to an expired bowling visa. In the end of the episode, when Lenny tells Terrence to keep the bowling alley, he agrees to keep a single lane of the bowling alley open with a three-month waiting list. Homer realized Marge does love him. When she asked them if there was any doubt, everyone responded with "yes!"
