Plácido Domingo is a famous Spanish opera singer, one of the Three Tenors. He guest starred as himself in The Homer of Seville, where Homer Simpson is singing alongside him.
Behind the Laughter[]
Domingo commented that Dan Castellaneta had impressive operatic voice, doing all of Homer's singing instead the common practice of having a professional singer "step in" for the singing part.
