This is the first piece of Simpsons media to have a Japanese dub, 13 years after the Japanese dubs for both Season 14 and The Simpsons Movie in 2008.
Characters appearing in the guest list include Jeff Goldblum, Dopey, Ant-Man, Darth Sidious, Pinocchio, Aaron Burr, Jabba the Hutt, Tramp, King George III, Bluey, Luca, Sideshow Bob, Loki, Thanos, Lightning McQueen (with the note he needs parking pass), Princess and the Frog.
Bluey is not owned by The Walt Disney Company and is a non-Disney character, though Disney holds rights to international airing (her show is not on Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand). Aaron Burr and King George III are historical persons who have been invited through Disney+'s release of the film version of the Broadway musical Hamilton, which Disney does not own. Jeff Goldblum is invited as host of the Disney+ series The World According to Jeff Goldblum.

The Disney characters are not voiced by their usual voice actors in this short which marks the first and only time the actors from The Simpsons did them. This was the first and only time it ever happened.
