Police Cops Writer 5 is a writer for By the Numbers Productions. The company was originally going to instead produce a series inspired by both Titanic and Fraser but it was found that ABC was already producing such a show. It then planned a cop series called Badge Patrol about badges with high-tech powers, which the network rejected. This led to the creation of Police Cops.
He denies that the character Homer Simpson is unintelligent, claiming he's just a street-smart fish out of water despite the obvious evidence to the contrary. He may have just made this claim as an alibi to satisfy the real world Homer Simpson.
