The title of this article is conjectural. Though the topic is found within The Simpsons universe, a proper name is not available.

The Poochie artist is the individual who designed the character of Poochie. He initially drew a somewhat realistic dog, but was asked to add more "attitude". This led to his final cartoonish, anthropomorphized appearance.
