The Poodle Lady was a woman who was an audience member with a poodle on her sweater on The Jerry Springer Show. She asked a question about Kang's parentship skills (though her initial description of him being the gross guy was initially mistaken by Springer to be Homer until she clarified that she meant "the green dude"), and then implied that he was an irresponsible parent, stating that he ought to "learn [Kang's] green ass" the concept of responsibility. Kang then vaporized her with his ray gun. In "Bart Vs. Australia", she is shown to be living in Australia.
