The Popcorn Garland Family couch gag is the sixth couch gag of Season 29.
Plot[]
The Simpsons run in and sit on the couch as usual, but they suddenly pop like popcorn and are placed on a string, which is then wrapped around the tree.

- On YouTube and Hulu prints, the family is seen wearing their regular clothing as usual. However, on US and Canadian TV prints, the family is seen wearing their same Christmas-like outfits as in the Christmas-type opening sequence.
