Primo was a man who worked as a mobster with Dante Calabresi and Dante Calabresi Jr.

History

Primo was part of the Calabresi crime family which was a rival of the Springfield Mafia. They put Fat Tony into the hospital, leaving his son, Michael, to exact revenge on them.

In the film of Eleanor Abernathy's life, Primo was seen on trial when Eleanor was a successful doctor and lawyer.

Death

Primo, along with Dante Calabrasi and Dante Calabrasi, Jr., died from eating poisonous spaghetti bologna after Michael cooked it for them.

Strangely, Primo reappears in The Real Housewives of Fat Tony and Donnie Fatso, despite being dead.
