Principal Valiant is the principal for Shelbyville Elementary School.

History

He is a multiple winner of the "Princey" award, much to Principal Skinner's vexation. He is also known to slip the cashiers at historical sites a little extra money to see that his students get an extra learning experience.

Behind the Laughter

Principal Valiant is a reference to a previous episode, “Principal Charming”; he is also a parody of the comic strip Prince Valiant.
