Professor Simpson's Universal Panacea for Disagreeable Juveniles was a facility owned by Orville Simpson whom, as a "professional child beater", taught his disciplinary techniques there.

The facility appeared in a flashback of questionable accuracy. Fathers came here from come considerable distance to learn Orville's techniques. Orville used to teach his strangling technique. No matter how many strangles he patented, his father was never impressed.
