Lisa met him at Waverly Hills Elementary School. He was speaking French to her and then closed himself into the locker.
Trivia
He looks similar to Ralph Wiggum. They sound the same and have similar faces, however, Ralph from Waverly Hills is fatter, has brown hair and wears different clothes. He also seems to be smarter than Ralph from Springfield because he can speak French, but he can also do some silly, senseless things, such as closing himself into the locker.
