Raymond Bird was Bart's pet pigeon who was found injured in his room with Lisa. He was nursed and trained by Bart and Bart wanted to release him into the wild, but because of too much bonding he becomes his pet pigeon. He becomes a messenger after Bart watched a commercial on WWII DVD. However, his career of messaging prematurely ended as he was eaten by Santa's Little Helper, who was jealous of him.
