Remoh was a criminal mastermind who is a possible evil split personality of Homer.
Remoh appears when Bart joined Moe's group of vigilantes. Moe showed Bart many tributes to Homer in the hideout (believing Homer was dead). Moe planned Bart's for first mission to be stopping the evil Remoh. When they found Remoh they noticed he was Homer. Remoh then explains that he has drugged all of the fans at the concert. Moments later, Bart, Moe, and the other agents are seen killing the fans. Despite being the leader, Moe can be seen getting killed in the background. Bart runs to give Remoh a hug saying being violent solves nothing, Seconds later, Bart replies with "Except this" and Remoh is killed by Bart.
