The Repo Depot clerk is an employee at the front desk of Repo Depot. After Santa's Little Helper is repossessed, he directs Bart Simpson towards a "man in a dress" (Groundskeeper Willie, although Bart initially suspected he was referring to Patty Bouvier) who bought the dog.
