History

The Rigel 7 Taxi Driver has a brief but hilarious appearance on the show. After Bart fails to bond with the Lavi he was going to fly with, he thinks it would just be easier to get a taxi. When the taxi arrives he immediately rejects Bart immediately rejects the idea of flying in a taxi.
