The Rigellian Queen was the queen of the Rigellians.
History
The Rigellian Queen died after eating the fleshy part of Homer's buttocks, which were poisonous to the Rigellians. While she was dying, she said her one regret was not having bigger breasts. To which Bart replied, he couldn't see any breasts. Her last words were "Those will be the last words I ever hear".
