Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers is a babysitting service in Springfield. The business staffs at least one receptionist and three babysitters, including Lucille Botzcowski. The Simpsons children are currently blacklisted here, due to their previous misbehaviors towards their babysitters. Homer was able to trick them into sending a babysitter with a fairly obvious lie saying that his family were the "Sampsons".
Nearly twenty-six years from the original air date we finally found out how the building looked from the outside, when it was released in Tapped Out in a new update.
