It is where the farmhouse Homer grew up in is located.Rural route 9 connects Springfield with spittle county It is also home to the here hillbillies of which one family is Cletus Spuckler's. It also has a ridge overlooking the Springfield River (which leads down to the city's reservoir). It also houses a large pine forest, Cletus' farm, and other areas.
