Biography[]
Largely because of Lenny Leonard writing in his own blood the initials "SB" of who had been responsible for a string of Christmas gift thefts that were occurring at the time, Chief Wiggum had arrested Sandra Bullock due to being a suspect.
After Homer Simpson called and claimed that Selma Bouvier was the culprit, Wiggum had Sandra Bullock, alongside Scott Bakula and Steve Ballmer (who both had been arrested for the same reason) released. While she didn't say anything to Wiggum, she did briefly glare at him in disgust before walking away and put a blindfold onto herself before walking away with her hands outstretched.
