Sarah Drew Linscott was the daughter of Clifford Burns and Daphne Burns and a sister of Charles Montgomery Burns. She appeared to be a hippie of sorts, similar to Mona Simpson, judging by the headband with a flower to the side.

Behind the Laughter

In many cultures it is traditional for the wife to take her husband's surname when she marries, and any children born would also have the husband's surname. However Sarah is shown as having the surname Linscott. This does not appear to be a middle name and it is unknown what circumstances led to the daughter having a different last name than her parents.
