The Shackled Ned couch gag is the seventh couch gag of Season 11.
Plot
The Simpsons sit on the couch and the wall spins around as seen in the Revolving Wall couch gag. Instead of an empty couch, however, a Vincent Price-esque mad scientist and a shackled and scared Ned Flanders are on the other side of the wall.
