Its previous location is now a gas station, and it can now be found across the street from there. It was the orphanage that Homer's half-brother Herbert Powell was adopted from. It was also the home of Donny, where Seymour Skinner and Superintendent Chalmers found him to be their snitch to stop Bart's pranks.
