	This page is an official policy on the Simpsons Wiki. It has wide acceptance among editors and is considered a standard that everyone should follow. Except for minor edits, please make use of the discussion page to propose changes to this policy.

Every image on Wikisimpsons must have appropriate licensing and categories added at the time of uploading. If you do not do this, you will get a warning. If you get three warnings and refuse to add appropriate licensing and categories, this will result in a short block.

Please help add licensing and categories in the previously uploaded images. This policy is for images uploaded from 28th March 2010.

Licenses

The most common license you will need is the {{Image Fox}} license. To add this, use:
{{Image Fox|source=Website or episode it came from|shows=What the image shows}}
There are other licenses available though. Check the drop down list when uploading.

If the images haven't got appropriate licensing within one day of the warning, they will be deleted. If any more images are found without licensing at the same time, you will have another warning and this will count as your original.

Inappropriate Images

Images that contain nudity, violence not from The Simpsons or bad language are not welcome here. This is a wiki where anyone can edit and kids may come here. These will be deleted when found.
