Does inactive mean not on this wiki any more, or had their rights removed as well for some? We could remove the most of them after the removing old user rights forum. 17:35, January 8, 2012 (UTC)
- I think the definition was "I'm going away for a while, but I may be back in the future". This shows they just need to take a break for a while. When people started going over to the other wiki, it became a bit more complex because now we have to figure out are they inactive just because they want a break, or because they've stopped editing here in favor of the other one.
- That last one is what comes into play in the removing user rights forum. Almost none of them have responded, so we don't know what their reason for saying they're inactive is. The time has passed for them to respond and so we'll take them out of the list. —RRabbit42 (leave a message) 18:14, January 8, 2012 (UTC)
- I wonder if Jhonevans got confused about that. Can you try commenting on his page on rottentomatoes.com? I'll probably find some problem if I do it. 19:57, January 8, 2012 (UTC)
Might it not be a good idea to point out that, as a manually-edited page, this might not always be up to date, and to point to Special:Listusers/sysop as an alternative? See w:c:His Dark Materials:Administrators to see what I'm driving at. Though I don't suggest that you just make this page a redirect to the listadmins page, as is done on some wikis. :-) — RobertATfm (talk) 09:45, December 25, 2015 (UTC)
