The Speed-E-Mart owner is an unnamed, possibly Chinese, owner of Speed-E-Mart in Shelbyville.
He looks little bit like his Springfield counterpart, Apu Nahasapeemapetilon. They both have similar mouth and haircut. They are also of Asian background: Apu is Indian and the owner is possibly Chinese.
History
While Shelby was chasing Bart, the owner was seen sweeping in the front of the shop and looking at them.
