Duffman performed as American author Mark Twain at the playhouse.[1] Chazz Busby held auditions for Passion Play here. Milhouse failed his audition when he wasn't able to point stage left. Ned tried to get the role of Jesus Christ, but Homer got the role instead.[2] Another show held at the playhouse was "Let's See What I Remember" staring Laney Fontaine.[3]
