Springfield Town Hall (originally Springfield City Hall[1]) at the Springfield Town Square is where town meetings are held to discuss various issues, including taxing and improving Springfield. Such discussions include the Monorail, recent tremors and general crazy ideas it is also where The Simpsons were voted and kicked out of Springfield in "At Long Last Leave". The Springfield Town Hall was based on Thomas Jefferson's Montecello.
Where exactly the Town Hall is located in Springfield can be debated, most fans suggest it is at the Town Square possibly facing the Courthouse however some evidence suggests otherwise, such as views from "Who Shot Mr. Burns? (Part One)".
The Town Hall's address is 2001 Windsor Avenue, Springfield, NT 49007 (288).[2]
