The Steer slaughterer is an unnamed man who works at The Slaughterhouse. As implied by the description, he kills any steer requested of him.

The steer slaughterer was tasked with overseeing Charles Montgomery Burns' order. However, Mr. Burns proved to be extremely indecisive at which steer he wanted for his food, with Mr. Burns ultimately only having two steer killed at his request, then had the steer slaughterer pick one for him, before ultimately settling for a cow so he could "drink a glass of milk", with the slaughterer evidently getting more annoyed with Mr. Burns' waffling.
