Steve was a Cold War general that appeared in a Cold War era film called Nuclear Whipping Boy.
Biography[]
During the Cold War (most likely the late 40s, 50s or early 60s, as that was when black and white TVs were common), he appeared in a film called Nuclear Whipping Boy that was intended to be for the President (presumably either Harry Truman, Dwight D. Eisenhower, or John F. Kennedy), though he wasn't sure of the president's gender. He claimed that in the first events of a nuclear war, Springfield would be bombed by other nations to test their missiles. For added security, he killed the cameraman, with the cameraman then giving a sarcastic thanks to him upon being shot.
