When Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are occupied on the television, Homer sends them outside to fly a kite while he watches bowling. The kite gets tangled in the T.V. antenna and distorts the picture. Homer is forced to climb up onto the roof to restore it. Homer does restore it and Bart, Lisa, and Maggie go back to watching Itchy & Scratchy.
