When Bart, Lisa, and Maggie are occupied on the television, Homer sends them outside to fly a kite so he can watch bowling. The kite gets tangled in the T.V. antenna and distorts the picture. Homer is forced to climb up onto the roof to restore it. Homer does get the signal back, but right on Itchy & Scratchy. Bart, Lisa, and Maggie go back to watching it.
