History[]
Taika Waititi was on the Pacific Princess Leia cruise, with many Springfielders. Lisa was excited and met him as she was a huge fan of his movies and TV shows.
During the dinner the first night, Lisa spotted him eating alone and spoke to him about it. When Taika switched off the lights, he swapped Comic Book Guy's rare Radioactive Man action figure to beheaded. Taika offered Lisa help to investigate the crime and find the culprit after Bart was framed.
In the interrogation room, Lisa and Taika interviewed the suspects, including Milhouse, Sideshow Mel, and Kumiko and found an each had a motive. When Rainier was going to reveal that Taika was the real criminal to Lisa, he was unexpectedly knocked out by a Captain America shield. Lisa chases after the criminal but lost in sight. Lisa finds Taika on the floor outside of the room and is eating leftover food. She got annoyed that he was not helping this case and then Kumiko screamed and revealed that Comic Book Guy had gone missing.
Outside on the next day, he meets up with the passengers claims that Comic Book Guy had the action figure valued and insured for £935,000. As he was giving his speech, Lisa realized something and came up with her own theory. Lisa finds out that box of beheaded action figure spelled “colours” with a u, rather than the American spelling. He broke it after knocking it off his desk in anger due to his streaming show being canceled after one season for tax purposes.
All the passengers decide to search in his room for Radioactive Man action figure. Lenny finds an intact action figure. Taika is then arrested and taken away by the cruise officer for framing Bart that he didn't do it and screams about having his powerful friends in New Zealand.
