Jail

Marge ends up making things worse than solving them. The episode should show Marge this town is putting innocent people in jail for bully laws and some of them aren't bullies. The police are abusing it.

As for Homer, Ned should have remind him about the pee-wee coaching that Homer put on him and taking him job and ruining the football game.
