The list of names

Would be nice to see a list of the actual names called out in the episode with the pretzel coupons. I don't have it recorded so it might be a while till I catch it on TV.

Another job?

I saw an episode the other day where Cletus was a reporter for the Hillbilly Times-Picayune or something like that. Should that be included in his list of jobs? I can't rememeber if it was a Halloween special or not [not considered canon?]--70.144.190.229 15:31, 22 July 2009 (UTC)Cuttlefish

Brandine

I believe Brandine is the Cletus' wife AND mother. For exemple in the 17x06, before the carambolage, Cletus calls Brandine "Mummy".

Diagram inclusion

Further confusing matters, one of Cletus' sons creates a hand-drawn family tree. According to this diagram, Brandine is the child of Cletus and an alien.[12]

This then cites Little Big Girl. Its gallery only has a promo of Bart and some girl. What are the chances of us being able to host an image of this drawn tree?

I think rather than drawing any conclusions what we should do is chronologically arrange every familial reference Cletus and Brandine have made toward one another and let people draw their own conclusions.

Like for example, when Brandine refers to Cletus as a son, if she was married 4 times previous to him then perhaps it was to Cletus' father (perhaps also hers) and as such he was her stepson? Kind of like a gender-swapped Woody Allen situation?

If creative enough with step-relations it may actually be possible to validate every quote without inbreeding actually being mandatory. 184.145.18.50 05:02, February 22, 2016 (UTC)
