"Midget"[]

I certainly don't have very much knowledge about dwarfism, but for those who have it, isn't the term "midget" kind of offensive? From what I understand, it's more PC to say "dwarf" or "little person" - the term "little person" was even used in the episode. This isn't a big deal - just wanted to see some other users' opinions ^_^ —LisaGarland 01:05, March 22, 2013 (UTC)

There was a story over on NotAlwaysRight.com or one of its partner websites that said pretty much the same thing: which term each person prefers varies, but dwarf is usually a better choice. In reading the article, the wording of the entire page seems a bit off and would be a good candidate to be overhauled. —RRabbit42 (leave a message) 04:28, March 22, 2013 (UTC)
What a coincidence; I actually read that story the other day on NotAlwaysRight. According to Little People of America, the term "little person" and "dwarf" are usually preferred. I could revise the article if there are no objections. —LisaGarland 15:17, March 23, 2013 (UTC)
Oh, and here is the story on NotAlwaysRight in case anyone wants to read it. —LisaGarland 15:19, March 23, 2013 (UTC)
