Rewrite[]

This entire article needs to be re-written. It seems to look like a Wikipedia sort of article and needs to be put into the Simpsons universe tense. Any one up for the job? ☆The Solar Dragon (Talk)☆ 22:37, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

Which one is older?[]

The first section says "Patricia Alvarine "Patty" Bouvier is the younger of Marge's cynical chain-smoking twin sisters" and then right away in the second section it says "Patty is older than Selma by 2 minutes.". WTF which one is it? Joshuabeane23 02:57, March 19, 2012 (UTC)

Patty is the older one, just take a look at the pictures below.Terry12fins24 (talk) 14:14, March 30, 2013 (UTC)

Patty Married?[]

If I remember There's Something About Marrying correctly, Marge stopped the wedding before Patty could marry Veronica. Thus he would be her ex-fiance not her ex-husband. Therefore the page should be changed. Ztyran (talk) 05:35, June 2, 2013 (UTC)

Errors in the article[]

Near as I can tell there are two major errors in the Patty article. The first is that Patty is bisexual when she makes it clear in There's Something About Marrying that she's a lesbian. The second is in that episode she is stopped from marrying Veronica by Marge. So she's not taken his name nor is he her ex-husband. I'm going to make the changes, but we need to keep the facts straight. Ztyran (talk) 19:26, September 20, 2013 (UTC)

Alvarine[]

None of the 3 mentions I see on this page have a source for the middle name, could we get a reference? +Yc 08:30, April 14, 2014 (UTC)

Alvarine Bisque is her grandmother, but the person who gave Patty the middle name of Alvarine three years ago never provided a source for it. It was probably a case of "I want", as in "I want Patty to have a middle name, so I'm going to give her one". Most people who do this don't think it hurts anything, but if it isn't verified and sticks around long enough, it gets accepted as fact. The name has been removed and I've added a note to check that person's other edits. —RRabbit42 (leave a message) 14:43, April 14, 2014 (UTC)
